To the extent permitted by law, Broad Mountain Systems is not responsible for outages, delays, restrictions or approval decisions caused by those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the separate written client agreement, Broad Mountain Systems' total liability arising from the site or services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.
