Our contact and booking forms collect your name, email, business information and message. They also collect an optional contact number and preferred call time if you choose to provide them, along with the submission time and the form or service you inquired about. Submissions are stored so we can respond.
We use your form information only to respond to your inquiry and provide services. We do not sell it. Providers that help store submissions and provide services may process it for those purposes.
To request deletion of your form information, email broadmountainsystems@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to identify your submission. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for an existing client agreement.
